About

I am passionate about building a collaborative space to support you through whatever challenges you are experiencing, whether life transitions, stress, grief, depression, or anxiety. As a BIPOC therapist, I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and spiritually integrated care. I prioritize kind and compassionate listening, recognizing that you are the expert of your own life story. I believe in the inherent strength and resilience of individuals and work collaboratively with my clients to uncover their hidden strengths.

With a background in working with racialized communities, newcomers, and refugees at CAMH, I have gained valuable experience in supporting young people facing various challenges. I am passionate about integrating spiritually- and culturally-responsive approaches into my work, recognizing the importance of these factors in mental health and well-being.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. These modalities, along with my commitment to kind and compassionate listening, allow me to partner with clients on their journey towards healing and growth. I look forward to the opportunity to support you.
