About

I am passionate about providing compassionate, client-centred care through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing and growth.

My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver stress, and prenatal and postpartum mental health. I bring over 10 years of experience working in mental health and healthcare settings supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families with diverse needs and experiences. My background includes behavioural assessment, therapeutic support, and behavioural intervention and treatment for individuals living with mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, neurocognitive disorders, and dual diagnoses. I have also facilitated groups and provided training and support to caregivers, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

In addition to my clinical work, I have experience teaching in post-secondary education. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Sociology, an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences, and a Master of Professional Education with a concentration in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
