Jinepher Koduah, MSW, RSW, is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, drawing on her extensive experience in the non-profit sector to help clients navigate challenging life transitions and circumstances.
Jinepher has worked with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including criminal charges, mental health challenges, anti-Black and institutional racism, and developmental trauma. Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on cultural awareness and client empowerment.
As a Christian, Jinepher also supports individuals exploring the intersection of faith, spirituality, and life challenges. She has significant experience working with grief and loss, and guiding clients through the complexities of educational and workplace systems in Canada.
Jinepher specializes in working with adults (16+) on issues such as anxiety, depression, cultural and racial identity, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, and family or relationship conflict. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support healing and growth.
Above all, Jinepher believes that each person is the expert of their own life. She offers a compassionate and empathetic space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward wellness.
She is a registered member of both the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
