You may be seeking change or simply a deeper understanding of your life right now. I’m here to meet you where you are, so we can walk together toward where you want to be. Each person carries a unique set of struggles, along with a vision of who they hope to become. In our sessions, we unpack your experiences with care and curiosity, exploring the emotions, patterns, and relationships that have shaped you, and reconnecting with the parts of you that offer healing and strength.
In our work, you can expect warmth, safety, and presence. Through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, somatic, and spiritually oriented lens, I work with you to cultivate wholeness and deeper self-understanding, so you can move through life with a clear mind, steady heart, and a body at rest. I take a client-centered perspective and draw from my lived experience when it serves your needs.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychospiritual Studies, allowing me to provide spiritually integrated psychotherapy. My work is further informed by formal yoga teacher training, deepening my understanding of nervous system regulation and embodied healing. I also offer faith-informed therapy for Muslim clients who wish to incorprate religious or spiritual values into their therapeutic process.
As an Iranian-Canadian Muslim woman living between cultures, I understand the complexity of intersectional identities. I provide culturally sensitive therapy that honours the richness of your multiple identities and supports you in finding safety, strength, and resilience within them. As a daughter, wife, and mother, I bring a grounded and relational perspective to therapy, supporting your healing within yourself and your relationships.
