I have always believed in the strength and resilience of the human spirit. When the journey of life becomes challenging, I consider it an opportunity for growth and transformation. Helping others through challenging times is a passion of mine and has always come naturally to me. My philosophy as a therapist is founded on a holistic and collaborative approach. I believe the mind and body system are integrated. I am passionate about using a whole person perspective in sessions with my clients. This helps get to the root of the problem and work towards lasting health and wellness.
In therapy, I use a holistic approach where I recognize the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected. Other therapies I draw from include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
