Amulya is a Registered Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work specializing in Adult Mental Health. She is passionate about her work, and honoured to be able to support others. She provides a non-judgemental environment where clients can feel safe as they embark on their healing journey.

Amulya draws from many different evidence-based models, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working in Community Mental Health and Primary Care settings. Her approach is client-centered, focused on client's goals and what they would like to achieve.

Amulya values a strength-based approach and utilizes an anti-oppressive, harm reduction framework. She has worked with adults with mental illness and addictions. Additionally, she has supported those working on improving their self-esteem, navigating relationships, suffering from grief and loss as well as work/life stressors.
